At Asia’s Collection, we value customer satisfaction and ensure that every product meets high-quality standards before dispatch. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
Sale items, discounted products, or customized orders are not eligible for refunds.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, product name, and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and packed securely in their original packaging. You are responsible for covering the shipping cost of the return unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please retain proof of postage until we confirm receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If accepted, you may choose between a replacement, exchange, or store credit (where applicable).
We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or altered. For hygiene reasons, items such as undergarments, jewelry, or beauty products are non-returnable.
